Kingboard Holdings Limited established its first laminates manufacturing plant in 1988. The Group now operates more than 60 manufacturing plants, with business activities ranging from laminates to printed circuit boards, chemicals and properties development in China.

Laminates
The Kingboard Laminates Group established its first laminate manufacturing plant in 1988 in Shenzhen, the PRC, and began producing paper laminates in 1989. We are a leading vertically-integrated electronics materials manufacturer, specializing in the production of laminates, including glass epoxy laminates, paper laminates and CEM laminates.
Printed Circuit Board
Kingboard’s PCB factories are strategically positioned across major cities in China, Hong Kong and Thailand. These plants, offer single, double, multi - layer and high density interconnect (HDI) PCBs of superb quality to PRC based electronic manufacturers, reinforcing its leading position in the PCB market.
